Herders Ministry Training Center
The Ministry Training Center was founded in 2010 by SIM in partnership with local believers in this minority language. The center was launched to equip believers with the skills necessary to become pastors and teachers. The school currently offers a two-year literacy and Bible program followed by an additional year of advanced studies.

We thank God for the recent graduation of several students. Please pray for the graduates as they return to their communities.
Please pray that the students, the teacher, and the school receive financial assistance for basic expenses and the school's development needs. Pray for abundant harvests and the multiplication of livestock to feed the students and teachers.
Praise God for raising up teachers and students to study the Bible and serve among His people in Niger. Please pray for faithfulness to the Word of God.
Renovation Projects
Over the past two years, the Ministry Training Center has been very grateful to have received the necessary funds to build two sets of dormitories for single students, one for men and one for women.
Each three-room dormitory can accommodate 12 to 15 students. The school is very grateful for this accommodation, which protects students from rain, dust, wind, and snakes.
The school also received funding for the installation of solar power, which allows students to study after sunset and provides ventilation in the classroom.
Future Needs
The Ministry Training Center needs a cooking area to protect food from wind and dust.
The teachers also need an additional classroom and office .
The school would also like to put in place more permanent structures to house married students.
